Lucky (Jason Mraz song)

"Lucky" is a song by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. It is the third single from Mraz's third studio album We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. The song has been on the Billboard charts as well as on the other music charts worldwide.
A Spanish version of the song, called "Suerte", was recorded alongside Mexican singer Ximena Sariñana for the Latin American and Spanish re-edition of the album.[2] Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat won the 2010 Grammy Award for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals. Jason Mraz and Lil Wayne also did a remix of the song "Lucky" and later was released on Z100. Dianna Agron and Chord Overstreet performed a cover version of the song on a 2010 episode of Glee.[3]

Mraz became a fan of Caillat after hearing her music on MySpace. He then cold-called her to see if she'd want to write and sing together. In an interview with VH1, Mraz stated that he "played a songwriting game" with friends to see how the lyrics would go.[4] Mraz and Caillat performed the song on Saturday Night Live on January 31, 2009.[5] They performed the song again on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in February.

"Lucky" debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at number 96 for the issue dated January 31, 2009. On the same week it had a debut on the Pop 100 chart at 84 and moved to a peak of 48. The next week the song rose to number 84 on the Hot 100 and peaked at number 48.[6] On the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks, the song is already a Top 10 hit, reaching #9.
The song has also charted on the Dutch Top 40 at number 27 and moved to peak of 8.
On the Canadian Hot 100 charted on 70 and moved to 56. The song re-entry on the Canadian Charts on the issue of April 30, 2009 at #99.[7]
It also charted on the Swiss Singles Chart charts at 34 but started going down the following weeks.[6]

Everything (Michael Bublé song)

"Everything" is a Grammy Award-nominated single by Michael Bublé from his 2007 album Call Me Irresponsible. Unlike most of Bublé's other music, this song carries an adult contemporary sound. Bublé wrote "Everything" for his then girlfriend Emily Blunt.[1][2][3] He explained: "I wrote that song about the great happiness of real love, but at the same time I was making a statement about the world. We’re living in really crazy times, and I wanted to say that no matter what’s happening, this person in my life is what really makes it worthwhile." [4]

Unlike Bublé's other work, this song strays away from being big band oriented, and carries a more adult contemporary sound, carrying some elements of pop and rock. It is completely devoid of a horn section, as well as being guitar driven. A piano and an acoustic guitar carry the main melody of the song, with electric guitars audible in the chorus. Bublé's singing is also different than his other work. In most of his music, Bublé's voice often makes big interval changes in most of his songs, but his voice in this song is projected smoothly without going into loud intervals. It is comparable to the 2005 hit adult contemporary single "Home", from the album It's Time.

Jason Statham
Statham was born in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, the son of Eileen (née Yates) and Barry Statham, a lounge singer. He moved to Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, where he chose not to follow his father's career working on the local market stalls, and decided to pursue the arts. He grew up with Vinnie Jones, who he would later go on to act alongside.[citation needed] Vinnie introduced him to football, and Statham went on to play for the local grammar school (1978–83) having started at the Grammar school at the age of eleven, but his real passion was diving.[citation needed] He practiced daily in perfecting his diving techniques — in particular, he finished 12th in the World Championships in 1992. He was also a member of Britain's National Diving Squad for twelve years.
Statham's life in media began when he was spotted by a talent agent specialising in athletes while training at London's Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. Afterwards, he became a model for the clothing brand French Connection.

Statham was in a seven year relationship with model Kelly Brook, until 2004. Since April 2010, he has been dating Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Transformers

Transformers (トランスフォーマー, Toransufōmā?) is an entertainment franchise. It began with the Hasbro Transformers toy line, centered on two factions of warring alien robots which are called the Autobots and the Decepticons. However in its 26-year history, the franchise has expanded to encompass comic books, animation, video games and films.[2]
Transformers: Generation 1 includes both the animated television series The Transformers and the Marvel Comics comic book series of the same name, which is further divided into Japanese and British spin-offs, respectively. Sequels followed, such as the Generation 2 comic book and Beast Wars TV series, which became its own mini-universe. Generation 1 characters underwent two reboots with Dreamwave in 2001 and IDW Publishing in 2005, also as a remastered series. There have been other incarnations of the story based on different toy lines during after 20th-Century. The first was the Robots in Disguise series, followed by three shows (Armada, Energon, and Cybertron) that constitute a single universe called the "Unicron Trilogy". A live-action film was also released in 2007 and a sequel has since been released in 2009, again distinct from previous incarnations, while the Transformers Animated series merged concepts from the G1 story-arc, the 2007 live-action film and the "Unicron Trilogy".
